Terms of Service

By accessing or using Stowr (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all visitors to landing.stowr.app and all subscribers to the Stowr application at stowr.app.

Stowr provides automated competitive pricing intelligence for self-storage operators. The Service collects publicly listed storage rates from competitor websites within a radius you define, and presents that data in a dashboard updated each morning. Stowr does not make pricing recommendations and does not use AI-generated suggestions. All decisions about your facility’s pricing remain solely yours.

You must create an account to use the Stowr application. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must be 18 or older and authorized to act on behalf of the business you represent. Notify us immediately at vedant.subramanian@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Resell or redistribute Stowr data without written permission
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy the Service itself
• Use the Service to harm, defame, or interfere with any third party
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system or network
• Use the Service in violation of any applicable law or regulation

Stowr collects publicly available pricing data. While we strive for accuracy and timeliness, we make no warranties that the data is complete, error-free, or current at any given moment. Facility websites may contain errors, promotional prices, or rates that differ from in-person quotes. You are responsible for independently verifying any data before making business decisions.

Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis as described at the time of sign-up. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as expressly stated in writing by Stowr. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and your access continues until then.

The Service, including its design, code, and content, is owned by Stowr and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your own internal business purposes. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of any intellectual property to you.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stowr shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or lost revenue, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco County, California.

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify active subscribers of material changes by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
